Andy is a great listener and tried to find practical ways which may help me find a relief to my physical health which is impacting upon my mental wellbeing.
Andy explained everything he could do within his remit and was apologetic when he knew that the struggles would continue.
Although he has discharged me as there is nothing further he can offer within his role, he has invited me to make contact in the future in the event I need support.
I wish Andy all the best for the future.
Our two trainers gave very clear information on cardiac conditions and taught us how to exercise safely.
Good communication and well treated, thourough and very understanding. Emily and Doug were very helpful and make yoy feel comfortable.
Help given when in crisis. Staff all very friendly and helped me to change over meds etc.
I saw sharon for a mental health condition
James has been amazing and this service is so valuable to people who struggle with mental health. I don’t know where I would be without this service and James care. I have been attending the gp for years with concerns and never had the help I needed. Now I am finally getting the help I need.
