Good communication and well treated, thourough and very understanding. Emily and Doug were very helpful and make yoy feel comfortable.
Suggested improvements
Make it easier to contact your services. As the mental health team call on a private number you can't call them back and have to call the gp to pass on messages etc . That is the only down side.
