Suffering with depression and anxiety
Very polite AND UNDERSTANDIND
Samantha helped me from the start she is very kind and caring and has a reassuring voice she helped me realise how in control of my mental health I am and reassured me throughout
I was finding it extremely difficult to leave my house without having a severe panic attack. My councillor, Monalisa, explained in simple terms what was happening during a panic attack. She then discussed with me what exercise to do over the next week, which increased my confidence to gradually increasing up my hierarchy list. After this theropy I can now leave my house with only a tiny amount of aniexty which only lasts about five minutes. I believe without this theropy I would not of achieved this and better still looking forward to a few days away to Scotland later this month. A big thank you .
It would have been 5 stars all around, apart from there being a communication break down initially and it took 4 weeks to sort out the first visit. Once they did start the nurses have been brilliant.
I'm very happy with the help I received. Ossian helped me to analyse and work though the problems I was dealing with. Having now been discharged from the service, I feel confident that I've come out the other side without any lingering issues.
Thank you Sharon JONES EPUT SEE Southend PCN, for her patients with me, as I am not always easy to be around. Sharon prescribed me "Risperidone" which is an anti psychotic medication. Through taking this medication, it has calmed my CPTSD, OCD, Anxiety and other mental disorder symptoms that I have. Her regular welfare and wellbeing checks in person and over the phone have been crucial in my recovery over my period of crisis. I believe l would have end up in a blue cremation box, a grave or HMP if I hadn't received her help and been prescribed the "Risperidone" by her.
I received telephone support from Jason Rogers. He was very caring and compassionate towards me and my recent experiences. Jason gave me space and time to reflect and share current difficulties, which made me feel valued and heard.
I was contacted swiftly and at the agreed time.
The treatment from Alex was excellent. She helped with everything. Alex really helped me move forward with my life. Would recommend this to anyone
