I would find it very hard to suggest any improvements except for the questionares which I find silly and irelevant.
The cousellor assigned to me was exceptional and managed to build a rapport with a difficult client (me) rapidly. I am very grateful for her help.

Jo and her team have been looking after me for a few years now and whilst I feel that I am a burden and adding to their workload, I am always treated with care and respect, and I am positive that the treatment I have received has avoided further amputations.
