It would have been 5 stars all around, apart from there being a communication break down initially and it took 4 weeks to sort out the first visit. Once they did start the nurses have been brilliant.
Suggested improvements
I couldn't ask for anything different from the nurses. It does seem that the service is struggling with work load.
