Having had problems with my legs for two years & attending various appointments, I have ended up being unable to leave my home on my own for fear of falling. By talking it all through with Mandy (a physiotherapist) I was able to explain how my situation is affecting my life. With her kindness & understanding, plus being given a personal exercise programme, I hope to regain my confidence from now on.

There was a lot of toys and activities to keep my son stimulated. He loved the sing-song at the end of the session.

Relaxed setting with lots of toys. He really enjoyed playing here! Worked well as a group setting.

Health promotion information was useful to know. I was given enough time and clear informative, to discuss my child's progression/review. Good environment. Clean and tidy. Thank you for your support and advice.

We did enjoy session - My kid had nice play with other kids. We could chat with other mums.
