Having had problems with my legs for two years & attending various appointments, I have ended up being unable to leave my home on my own for fear of falling. By talking it all through with Mandy (a physiotherapist) I was able to explain how my situation is affecting my life. With her kindness & understanding, plus being given a personal exercise programme, I hope to regain my confidence from now on.
