Find the staff very respectful, very helpful and very polite in the way they treat and look after my father

Because I am always treated with respect & kindness. And also I am always happy too be involved too with others as well rather than feel like l am not involved with my stepdads welfare & care too as well. Never do i feel like this is not been attended too at all times.

Clifton Lodge is exceptional . The residents are treated with care, compassion and dignity . Rooms are spotlessly clean and very well organised The building is light , bright and spacious with ample stimulation . Food is fresh and nutritious with plenty of choice Communication between relatives and staff is excellent . The staff are amazing they go above and beyond Very well run and organised nursing home I cannot praise it enough

Totally happy with the care Dad is receiving and go home after visiting happy in the knowledge that he is safe and well looked after. All staff are always happy to help the family too with any questions or queries we have.

My aunt has been in Cliffton Lodge for the last 5 years. The staff are amazing and take great care of her. From the moment I walk in I am greeted by the wonderful Beckie. I am then escorted to my aunt's room, Beckie will talk to me and the residents as we walk around to my aunts room. My aunt receives amazing care from the staff and especially from Ian, Richard, Michelle, Lisa and Paula as well as many more. This is such a fantastic home and I am so pleased with how well looked after my aunt it.

The staff look after my mum Lynn so well. They treat her with kindness and compassion. I can't think of 1 bad experience at all. I would highly recommend this home to others

The staff are always very kind and attentive and very professional. They keep the family involved and updated regarding my dad’s care. The staff do their job with a smile on their face and are always very welcoming to family visitors. They take excellent care of my dad and I cannnot praise them enough. Kevin, Ade, Michelle and Sandy are all exceptionally good.
