Beaurocratic checkin process. Useless iPad interaction that receptionist could not help with. Lots of people standing around doing nothing and I was left thinking that I was paying for this.
I was asked to send in all of my past medical reports from the Wellington because the Wellington had not released them. This felt very unprofessional.

The Professor who I saw was absolutely brilliant, however the person completeting one of the scans was very heavy handed when I told him he was hurting me he replied that he has to press the instument hard to get a clear picture
