Beaurocratic checkin process. Useless iPad interaction that receptionist could not help with. Lots of people standing around doing nothing and I was left thinking that I was paying for this. I was asked to send in all of my past medical reports from the Wellington because the Wellington had not released them. This felt very unprofessional.

Suggested improvements
Tailor the questionnaire better to me. Loads of irrelevant questions about nurses. I did t see a nurse.
