The Professor who I saw was absolutely brilliant, however the person completeting one of the scans was very heavy handed when I told him he was hurting me he replied that he has to press the instument hard to get a clear picture

Perhaps people given tests and scans should have some compassion with older patients

Professor Prendergast was outstanding with explaining everything in detail and putting a very nervous patient at ease
