I said very good but there was only one issue - when I went to the front desk I was taken down to the basement. I sat there for 45 minutes and at that time the anaesthesiologist came looking for me as I had been sent to the wrong place. My mri was delayed because they didn’t have the correct paperwork and signature from me. Everything else was great. I think the room before the MRI was very cold and maybe a warmer blanket both whilst waiting to go in, and when waking up, would have been appreciated. The nurses were great and the result given with incredible speed.

Highly professional from top to bottom, with a total transparency as to what was going to happen when and where. The facility was very impressive and state of the art.
All staff appeared confident and happy and kept me informed at all times.
Dr Sporton and his team managed to tame my dodgy ticker once again.

My room was not cleaned throughout my stay. There was huge quantities of hair on the floor. It was long and dark. I understand hair drop happens but the floor was covered. I showed it to my carers but the floor was not cleaned It was not only unhygienic but it was disgusting.
