My room was not cleaned throughout my stay. There was huge quantities of hair on the floor. It was long and dark. I understand hair drop happens but the floor was covered. I showed it to my carers but the floor was not cleaned It was not only unhygienic but it was disgusting.

The catering was at best chaotic. The food that was delivered was good but on each occasion one choice was missing or not chosen. And on one occasion the delivery made was completely wrong. I ordered coffee that wasn’t delivered and for my last lunch I was brought no starter, but more importantly although I was brought a jug of water, I was not brought a glass to drink it from and although I asked for one, it was never delivered. I could not drink from the water jug. The omission was fairly fundamental.

My nurses Jier And Angie were excellent as was the phlobotomist Sarawath hogue were charming and approachable.
