The whole team and in particular Laura looked after me exceptionally well!
I don’t know how you’ve done it but you have managed to find the nicest people from around the world and bring them to the Cleveland Clinic London.
The service I received was excellent throughout
For all of the above answers
Food service was shambolic at times:
Items often missing, 1 hour delay for breakfast, tiny jars used (impossible to open, especially after surgery!)
Sometimes food was excellent.
Shortage of staff in food services was blamed - so why are you trying to compete with high end bistros? You are a hospital!
Please focus on getting basics of hospital food right, for patients!!
Cut the irrelevant ‘nice to haves’ during a staffing crisis - every other restaurent is doing that, and you are providing food in a hospital, which is pretty important!
I had a very good experience.
The care I received during my stay was exceptional. Every single member of staff I encountered was so caring and compassionate and i honestly felt so well looked after.
The caregivers and support were excellent - always available and able to make me feel at ease.
Everything was explained in detail especially the tests I received during my stay. I was put at ease all the time and nothing was too much trouble.
Most of my treatment was perfect and I was treated with kindness and respect.
However during my CT Scan with dye I did have a, problem
There was difficulty with the cannula in my right arm and during the procedure
I was in sever pain and something had gone wrong with the
needle resulting in a very painful Arm. The staff were very upset
and administered cold compresses to the area which
became very swollen and bruised it took at least 24 hours to go down
to its normal shape and size. It does still ache and is badly bruised.
