The caregivers and support were excellent - always available and able to make me feel at ease.
We had spoken about my circumstances and requirements. He was able to put my mind at ease but realistically highlighted potential risks. He was very professional throughout and I am grateful for his work.
I was very fortunate to have Erin Jackson as my day nurse for the majority of my stay on the 5th floor (501). She was exceptional throughout- offering me support and care - with compassion and good humour. She was happy to answer any questions I had in a way that was easy to understand and took time to make sure I was engaged and comfortable. She was amazing and I can’t imagine that my recovery would have been so smooth without her. I am totally in awe of her work and manner. She is an absolute credit to CCL.
