On check in I had to pay 14K for my Cryo ablation even though the fee had already been pre paid. I had to wait a week for it to be paid back into my account and my credit card was frozen as I exceeded my credit limit.
I also had to leave without my medication as my train ticket was for 10pm and the pharmacy couldn't process my prescription as they were too busy.
The ward nurses were excellent as were the Theatre team. The admin however let the Clinic down.
Excellent facilities, excellent personnel, excellent treatment.
Overall I received great high quality care, the staff were all kind and helpful. Though there are some things that can be improved on.

The nurses and care were fabulous, particularly Angie who was wonderful. However, I had two issues - one was my medication which was taken off me when I checked in, then not given to me when it should have been and finally not given back to me when I check out! Despite me chasing it up, they never came back with it and despite two phone calls today still no-one is calling me back. Not only is it frustrating but could be very dangerous for some patients on vital medication.
My second issue was with the ordering of food. Patients should be given a menu to digest and choose rather than read off an Ipad by the person taking the order who also wants an instant answer. I wasn't given half the options that were available - I didn't even know I could order a sandwich! It also took three hours to get a cup of tea.
