On check in I had to pay 14K for my Cryo ablation even though the fee had already been pre paid. I had to wait a week for it to be paid back into my account and my credit card was frozen as I exceeded my credit limit. I also had to leave without my medication as my train ticket was for 10pm and the pharmacy couldn't process my prescription as they were too busy. The ward nurses were excellent as were the Theatre team. The admin however let the Clinic down.
