Very well run apart from initial wait for room but otherwise everything was efficient.
The time for the treatment took somewhat longer than I was lead to believe it would too.
But I was very well looked after by the nurse especially Elizabeth.It was also very good to see Dr Maniyar checking in a couple of times to make sure all was satisfactory.

Few nurse is lack of sympathy but most of them are very helpful.
Complication of surgery was detected too late and was first treated as pain management pos ops, which could be avoided if nurse and doctor were more alert.

- I waited more than 10 hours from 6.30am admission to the surgical procedure, having been told the surgery would be around 11am. poor communication throughout the day
- the high tech beds are noisy, resulting in poor sleep

From Professor Varma to the housekeeping team, everyone was friendly and kindly. I had occasion to request frequent help with a bed pan, no-one complained although this was not an easy procedure as I couldn't sit up. It was lovely to have staff that had time for a friendly word.
