From my initial appointment to my surgery and discharge the various members of the team were outstanding. I was continually and brilliantly looked after by Honey and the team on the the 4th floor who were so kind and friendly. Sonya who I met on the admissions desk was so positive and welcoming. Stefania who took me down to the anaesthetic room was so calming and reassuring. My consultant Mr Redfern was so patient with his explanations and went to great lengths to make sure I felt comfortable and safe. He gave me really clear and detailed information about the procedure. He popped in to the aesthetic room just before I went under and really put me at ease as did the partnered anaesthetic Doctor. The follow up and visits from Mr Redfern and the team after the surgery were also fantastic and reassuring. I’ve only had a handful of surgeries and overnight stays in hospitals in my life time but this was by far the best and most comfortable experience I have had and could have hopped to have. It went above and beyond my expectations. A fantastic place to be a patient. The food is also worth mentioning as it was delicious and no doubt had a helping hand in feeling better quickly
