Facilities were excellent but the nurses and caregivers were exceptional - friendly, considerate and always happy to help in any way.

The food was a bit disappointing. I found it difficult to choose a meal that appealed to me, mainly due to lack of appetite. On a couple of occasions what I received was not quite what I expected based on the menu descriptions.
