All staff, doctors and nurses were fantastic during my visit.
There was always someone around if I needed anything (day or night).

I was given food and a drink after coming round from the sedative but reacted to this food and felt very faint and was sick. I could not locate the call button beside my bed and had to shout for assistance which came very quickly and they brought me round and stabilised my blood pressure.

Very professional; good humour; empathetic; environment very well cared for; it was a Tube strike day so it was amazing that things ran as well as they did and the delays experienced were understandable
