I can fault nothing!

Suggested improvements
A small observation: canned water - it was canned in Austria! Not very green. There must be firms in the UK who do this? As regards food service to the room. For the first few days I didn't know there were any printed menus other than that shown on screen. When I was confined to bed I couldn't focus on the screen. I feel all food service staff should carry a printed menu with them for patients to select from, preferably in sans serif font, 14 points. In fairness this did sometimes happen later in my stay. Perhaps another minor poiny but one I found perplexing: when sitting out ready for a meal, the service staff always seemed to want to position the table side on, making the food to be eaten further away due to the seat design. I had to keep pointing out that if they positioned the table end on, it would go under my seat, making it easier for me to eat from the tray more directly under me.

Because I have nothing but praise for them in their work on me.

All the nurses were good but perhaps I could just mention the care and attention by Jessica Bivand and Joshua (didn't get the surname sorry) was particularly exceptional.
