All staff, doctors and nurses were fantastic during my visit. There was always someone around if I needed anything (day or night). I’d highly recommend Cleveland clinic.

I was in as a day patient a few weeks beforehand and after my procedure I wasn’t given any water which the nurse pulled the catering team up on. I think going forward it might be worth leaving cans of water in the room so this is less of an issue. Otherwise, my experience at both hospitals has always been fantastic.

Dr Shakir is knowledgable, friendly and explains everything thoroughly. I understood everything happening to me, all options available and how I’d feel afterwards. Dr Shakir has answered any questions I had both in person and via the portal. I would highly recommend Dr Shakir, he is a fantastic doctor and his care is exceptional.

The nurse on duty during both 18th and 19th March was exceptional. She couldn’t do enough to help and offer support. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name but I know she has 2 grown up children (one still at home). If you can see who that was, please pass on my thanks to her and all the team. She also took my bags out to my car as my husband had our 2 children in the car.
