The experience was excellent. The staff could not have even more caring, attentive or understanding. They listened to me and addressed any concerns that I had. I was given privacy when I needed it and was supplied with all of the information I needed when I was discharged.
The room I was in was very spacious and the facilities were very clean.
Overall I was very impressed and grateful to all f the staff who xared for me.

The experience of the procedure itself was good but there was about a half hour delay to be checked in with no explanation given and the after-care instruction leaflet could have been clearer.

I was nervous about coming in for the procedure as I had not attended a hospital for treatment since childhood. The treatment and service provided by all staff at the hospital was comforting and reassuring.
