efficient and brilliant medical care

catering is a joke . the staff appear to take the food order with a tablet ,but do not use it as only the boss can .they scribble on the lovely new menus then write down the order on scraps of paper . every meal time without fail items were missing or the wrong ones were brought. For two days there was no butter . the food itself was average and acceptable and nicely presented .clearly it is the taking of the orders not the kitchen itself that is the problem . Although this was not important as the high standard of medical care at the Cleveland is why i was there .
