I gave all 5 stars as couldn’t fault the care I received the food the waiter service from all the lads and lasses, nurses were excellent a bit of banter about football etc, and a thank you to Simi who helped me with my care shower and hygiene.
Could I also thank Mr Boyle and his team.

Very kind staff, doctors and nurses
Our mother was in Cleveland for about 12 weeks.
The health care was phenomenal, the doctors were very open and helpful, especially Professor Teo.
Cliff the site manager went far beyond his duties in getting everything arranged and making us feel at home
All the therapists were very helpful and professional
Last but not least ALL the nurses and carers were always there making sure our mother was as comfortable as possible with the best care possible
Communication between teams absolutely appalling! Doctors don’t communicate with nurses, physiotherapists, radiologists or pharmacists. The patients’ in-room board was never accurate.
Emergency admissions which sadly I was a party to was dangerous, misleading and entirely computer driven!
I doubt if I will ever get a response to this as I believe that it is purely lip service to a very broken system.
I have been trying for 2 days now to find out when ,where and context for an alleged appointment I am supposed to be having with my chosen consultant Professor Justin Cobb!

My experience was amazing, having spent some time in an nhs hospital recently, thr Cleveland clinic was very impressive in comparison! I was so happy with he communication and level of care thank you!
The team were amazing from the first day to discharge day. Always helpful and kind. Could not fault the care I received.
I felt ease and was comfortable in the hospital. All of the nurses, doctors and other employees were amazing and I thank all of them!
