Communication between teams absolutely appalling! Doctors don’t communicate with nurses, physiotherapists, radiologists or pharmacists. The patients’ in-room board was never accurate. Emergency admissions which sadly I was a party to was dangerous, misleading and entirely computer driven! I doubt if I will ever get a response to this as I believe that it is purely lip service to a very broken system. I have been trying for 2 days now to find out when ,where and context for an alleged appointment I am supposed to be having with my chosen consultant Professor Justin Cobb! YES - iwantgreatcare it’s a shame I am unlikely to receive it.

Suggested improvements
Where do I start? 1) Communication - talk to each other across disciplines and hierarchy 2) Question - incorrect or confusing orders, regardless of perceived rank. 3) Reduce - the obscene use of disposable plastic. So much more but as this is unlikely to be viewed, I’ll stop there.

I was a previous patient of his when he was at King Edward VII hospital.

Treatment by my Orthopaedic Consultant Professor Justin Cobb. (Who was originally listed as a consultant orthodontist.)
