My experience was amazing, having spent some time in an nhs hospital recently, thr Cleveland clinic was very impressive in comparison! I was so happy with he communication and level of care thank you!

Only a small thing,I did have to wait /ask a couple of times for catering, they made a minor mistake and brought me tea instead of coffee, not a massive issue in my eyes

He made me feel very positive about my surgery and was very reassuring
