Your staff were very noticeably friendly, caring and helpful. I was helped, reassured and cared for in a most pleasant way. Thank you, it was a very calming experience.
Also….some of your questions are daft. I never needed to use a call button so why do you ask my experience of it?
And I never needed a bowel prep so why did you ask the same?
The member of staff who gave my wife tea, kept her updated and kept reassuring her. His name was Vincent and he was wonderful.

The total experience was exceptional, having never been in a private hospital before and I found the care given was as good and in some areas better than I would have expected at at my local NHS hospital.
