Your staff were very noticeably friendly, caring and helpful. I was helped, reassured and cared for in a most pleasant way. Thank you, it was a very calming experience. Also….some of your questions are daft. I never needed to use a call button so why do you ask my experience of it? And I never needed a bowel prep so why did you ask the same?

Nothing, the whole experience was supportive and professional for both myself (the patient) and my wife (the anxious person in the wings).

The member of staff who gave my wife tea, kept her updated and kept reassuring her. His name was Vincent and he was wonderful.
