The total experience was exceptional, having never been in a private hospital before and I found the care given was as good and in some areas better than I would have expected at at my local NHS hospital.

The only thing witch I found difficult was having to arrive at the Clevland so early in the morning for a 6am start for my procedure having had to stay over night in a hotel because I had to travel so far.

The consultant Professor Lambiase was caring and gave me every confidence that I would be well looked after during the procedure, and for the short time I was in the Cleleland.

The consultant and nurses in fact all the personnel I came in contact with where all exceptional from the porter who showed me to my room to the very good food
