Admin consistently is not easy at Cleveland. Could be improved drastically.
Rest of the experience is lovely. Fantastic surgeons, doctors and nurses. Facility is very good.

The entire team was kind, professional, approachable, accommodating, polite and well informed. From the consultant down everyone worked together as a team to coordinate and ensure the best treatment for the patient. I am convinced my recovery was much enhanced by the constant care of the team and any anxieties I had about the procedure were instantly dispelled and the whole ward is calm and confident and again, such kindness - thank you everyone!
