Admin consistently is not easy at Cleveland. Could be improved drastically. Rest of the experience is lovely. Fantastic surgeons, doctors and nurses. Facility is very good.

Admin with regards to booking appointments, promptly providing cost details and check in process could have been much better if there were more people available.

Mr Simmons is an exceptional surgeon and care giver. Not only is he an expert in his field but he is also very compassionate and considerate. You are in very safe hands if he is your surgeon.
