The entire team was kind, professional, approachable, accommodating, polite and well informed. From the consultant down everyone worked together as a team to coordinate and ensure the best treatment for the patient. I am convinced my recovery was much enhanced by the constant care of the team and any anxieties I had about the procedure were instantly dispelled and the whole ward is calm and confident and again, such kindness - thank you everyone!

Professor Cobb was kind, professional, confident and considerate of any anxieties I may have expressed. I knew I would be in the very best of hands throughout. The anaesthetist was also excellent and explained exactly was he was using and why. My thanks to both men.
