On 2 occasions had to wait over 1 hour for pad to be changed. Food delivery erratic, sometimes running into physio schedule.

My wife was swarmed with care the moment she arrived. Top to toe examinations and history by four nurses a lovely lady doctor and a consultant. The care has continued at a very high level
