My wife was swarmed with care the moment she arrived. Top to toe examinations and history by four nurses a lovely lady doctor and a consultant. The care has continued at a very high level

Difficult to say, one episode of pain that was difficult to pinpoint Admin came across as a bit disjointed, ringing my wife to find out what was happening, when she was clearly on the premises and in no position to answer any phones. Then a call to ask how my advance payment should be allocated, how on earth would I know, I don’t run your accounts department
