Although we were initially told that the procedure had been postponed due to an emergency involving the surgeon, the team were very good in managing that and within 20mins managed to reschedule for later in the day .

Compared to NHS care, everything went briskly and efficiently as if the care team fully appreciated that I just wanted to get back to my normal life as soon as possible. This was especially true of discharge, with no hanging around for meds and forms as there would be at an NHS hospital. There was a palpable feeling of energy. I also felt that the entire team, especially the surgeon and the anaesthetist, were at the top of their game and excellent at communication. The building, too, is exceptional.

We were treated very well from the time we entered the building until the time we left
Everybody we met were courteous and helpful
All our questions were answered in a satisfactory manner and some people went out of their way to find answers for us
