Excellent facilities and services. Most important to me is the attitude and professionalism of the staff and their caring ethos. All those I encountered were pleasant, helpful, caring and professional. Very impressive and much appreciated. Those on the unit who all contributed to the above: Roma, Brie, Vic, Germaine, Arvin and Henrietta, all in different but important roles. So thanks to all concerned, a great team!

It is the second time I have had inpatient stay at the Cleveland, last time was November.
I was recognised and remembered by some staff which made it very easy and comfortable through the process.
All the staff were extremely welcoming and always had time to explain what was happening and listen to my concerns.
