It is the second time I have had inpatient stay at the Cleveland, last time was November.
I was recognised and remembered by some staff which made it very easy and comfortable through the process.
All the staff were extremely welcoming and always had time to explain what was happening and listen to my concerns.

From the moment I arrived to when I was discharged I was totally looked after in the most caring ways from all the staff that I came into contact with. If ever I find myself needing another surgery or somebody I knows needs to have a surgery, I would thoroughly recommend The Cleveland hospital.

Everything very good. My mother is a bit hard of hearing so couldn’t always hear when talked to, and they kept forgetting to speak loudly and clearly to her. But other than that brilliant. Particularly when she needed to stay in overnight

Completely fantastic care. I was very anxious but Dr Potts, Vic, Thomas, Florence and Brie were amazing and made me feel comfortable and cared for. They explained everything clearly, were good humoured and got me through it. Thank you!

Everything, care, and treatment and overall experience were very good. Just waiting now for the outcome of a team meeting later this week, ref. further treatment etc.
