It is the second time I have had inpatient stay at the Cleveland, last time was November.
I was recognised and remembered by some staff which made it very easy and comfortable through the process.
All the staff were extremely welcoming and always had time to explain what was happening and listen to my concerns.

This is the second surgery I have had with them, the care they show is unlike anything I have ever experienced from another doctor.
They are extremely professional and always give you the time you need to ask any questions, they listen to your concerns and their bedside manner is wonderful.

Dr pickard was also extremely good at explaining the whole process, he was very likeable.
My 2 consultants are absolutely amazing, the care you receive from them is absolutely exceptional, I would and have recommended them to many people.
