The referring surgeon really listened and investigated my case. I needed urgent surgery and it was all arranged perfectly and quickly. Your MYCHART App works very efficiently.
I have been treated in other 5star hospitals but felt the Cleveland to be a cut above. Great facilities and staff that were motivated and made me feel very safe and cared for. Whenever I needed anything I was listened to which for a patient is so important.

The answers that I gave are a result of my satisfaction with the medical service that I had received from the whole team in the AAU
I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation to Dr Peter Hill who have done a great job and provided me with the best of care and quickest medical support to relief my pains and to put me on the right healthy track again to enjoy my life.
I would like to say thank you to Hajer who is acting as ward clerk for her efforts and the professional way dealing with the patients which is confirming the good image of AAU

Catering is poor. Waited over an hour post op for a glass of water that nurses said had to come from catering . No breakfast provided because it was not ordered. No one requested an order and when breakfast was requested it took 3 hours to arrive. Very poor
