The referring surgeon really listened and investigated my case. I needed urgent surgery and it was all arranged perfectly and quickly. Your MYCHART App works very efficiently. I have been treated in other 5star hospitals but felt the Cleveland to be a cut above. Great facilities and staff that were motivated and made me feel very safe and cared for. Whenever I needed anything I was listened to which for a patient is so important.

The only improvement I could make is so minor I’m embarrassed. I had a leg operation and was relatively immobile. The soap dispenser was a little too far and low down from the sink for my reach in my condition. That’s the best I can do. Still 10 out of 10.

Everyone from reception to nurses, anaesthetist were superb but I have to single out the surgeon Mr DAURKA. An exceptional professional who has the skill of listening and communicating with the patient at the level they need. I knew my care was in very capable hands.
