Mr hughes was excellent - clear and straightforward. Dr Broomhead and his team were outstanding / took time to understand my anxiety and gave me great transparency on the anaesthetic procedure / TIVA was excellent and I was not sick for the first time ever after anaesthetic / thanks all

Generally the care was good except for providing my dialysis medication on time. As a result I suffered were severe constipation, which hindered my PD dialysis. No matter how much I tried to get additional laxatives the nurses failed to comply with my request.

Although the Dr and nurse did not come at the same time together the Dr did see me and talk to me about the process on a few occasions and the nurses all were very clear and informative about my care as an inpatient and after care. Both Dr and nurses were super and made a very scary situation very comfortable and reassuring.

I think the risk of bleeding after colonoscopy should be explained clearly to the patients after the procedure. Other than that, I think the team was excellent and did their best to take care of me. They were all kind and professional.
