Care by staff was good, however I do feel that communication between consultant and nursing staff can be improved upon.
Rehan Haidry, was extremely reassuring when we met, he is in my opinion an excellent Consultant.
Nursing staff In endoscopy are all great. The nurses on 5th floor are also very supportive and attentive in particular; Katie, Billy, Simi (HCA) Jessica was also very supportive.
