My only complaint was my surgery was quite delayed and no one came to tell me why or when I would be taken down to theatre which would have been nice as I was very anxious waiting to go. Apart from that it was a very good experience thank you

the admissions woman was totally rude to me and pulled me out like a
i did not belong there
very insulting and embarrasing
the people down staire recorder the inicident and were supposed to have someone reach out to me
they were very embarrased
