City Care Centre (Lincs)

The team were so polite and considerate, I was seen very quickly by excellent staff and a dr in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this care centre. Absolutely 5 star. I left with a prescription and was dealt with so efficiently.

The waiting area accommodated for my child and the receptionist was very helpful in my sons demands

The Doctors and Nurses were very professional, caring and helpful

Very friendly and made me feel at ease

Fantastic, but attended with my newborn and had to be transferred to the out of hours go which is in the same area... Would have been better to have been seen by the minor illness and injury dept... Had to undress my child twice and it was and drawn out process for a 4 week old child.

Waiting time is bad everyone in waiting room was new and I still had 50min wait or longer
