- Most of staff were very nice.
- I had a really bad experience when I was not allowed to stay in group just because I could not do what the others, due to my disability. The entangle lady mostly refused to let me stay even when I explained I am disabled.
- Bullying at work because of my disabilities is the main reason I was here so this was awful for me and pretty much deleted two and previous weeks for therapy and LED to serious self harming thoughts!
- Another staff counted who many butters I ate which was extremely rude and shocking since another reason I was here is not eatery.
- The third issue was dealt with by not allowing males in the female section.
All staff should learn that nor as can hurt!

I loved the calmness about the clinic and all the staff and patients were lovely.
* Maybe have some activity's in the evening.

This clinic is a place of excellence in every category of care and environment. I have received care, medical excellence in all aspects of admission, diagnosis, treatment, ongoing care, detailed monitoring and assessment of my mental and physical needs. My needs are challenging and required a high level of expertise and understanding to be managed competently. I have received outstanding care and have been removed from a state of crisis, and desolation, a critical- life/ death mental stater to a state of hope and renewed determination to seek healing. I am immensely grateful.

- Nurses always try hardest to be understanding.
* Sometimes the good was bad.
- Classes were brilliant.
* Some nurses spoke harshly and patronizingly when tested- which is what people with mental health can do.
- Clinic is a beautiful place.
* Many patients feel very uncomfortable that they are stripped to have an ECT scan with no warning- remember many patients here have suffered sexual abuse.

I had continuously have help and support with issues I had involving confidence issues and any given regrets I would contemplate about. Very good service felt very comfortable to speak to others around me making me feel at one with myself. Kind and generous things would be shared and the best way of expressing myself came out of this.

Everything is excellent at the clinic. All staff show knowledge caring, empathy and compassion for all the patients. The programme is well designed for learning and letting your mind rest with the therapeutic groups.
The house and grounds are tranquil and homely- I always feel safe and at peace here "nothing needs to be improved".

Simple acts of kindness have gone a long way in recovery.
Care given was very good.
