All staff were extremely caring, knew everyone and offered gentleness and compassion when needed.
I felt able to access and understanding of what the real issues were and not just what presented itself at the time.
Slightly more flexibility around dining and timings would be nice.

The structure was good and some groups were helpful and uplifting however some are poorly run and repetitive. The majority of nurses are lovely and respectful but a select few can be patronizing and aggressive, and most of the time rude.
The groups were not the most helpful, I would have found ones more tailored to coping skills with depression a lot more useful. I did enjoy the art and yoga as they were good hobby building things that helped to add enjoyment to my day. It would be nice to have optional activities in the evening as it can be lovely and boring.

- The nursing staff were absolutely fantastic. In particular, were one of my key nurses was great and compassionate- it was nice to be able to speak to someone a similar age.
- Were also great to speak with others and learn about their issues- some very nice and interesting patients.
- I like Zentangle!
- The only thing I would said is, it would have been nice to have some better gym equipment. A treadmill and a rowing machine, perhaps.

Thank you for your review. We do try and match patients to their key nurse wherever possible. It can be really beneficial to share experiences with others and learn from each other as well as realising you are not alone. We appreciate the exercise equipment we have is limited as the room is also used for other purposes we can't provide a gym but we will review the equipment we currently have available to our patients.

Excellent nursing staff.
Consultant was different and did not respond well to my feedback. My treatment would have been better if I would switched earlier but that was not possible. My "extremely likely" rating above is solely for the nursing team who really helped me understand what my consultant was trying to say. They are an exceptional group of kind, compassionate and highly skilled nurses.
