I feel safe here. I enjoy the activities. The food is great and I enjoy eating together at meal times. Staff will talk if you ask - I always find talking to [name removed] helpful. Good bedroom too. Night staff are very lovely.
Suggested improvements
I do not have much at all really. This feels like my home hospital now, so slight glitches are no big deal.

Nursing, catering and cleaning and maintenance staff were wonderfully supportive, and friendly.
Suggested improvements
On my checkout day I had assumed I would be able to leave in a relaxed manner, but was rushed into vacating my room. Earlier notice would have been better.

Most of the staff were very friendly and available. I was given the incorrect sleeping medication on my first night as the nurse did not check who I was-> I was given another patients medication by mistake.
Suggested improvements
Ensure that the nurse issuing the medication asks the patient to confirm their name before issuing the medication. Especially when new patients are admitted.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The fellow patients were answering and the food was great the night staff could have been slightly more talkative especially in times of discuss but for all most your they were good.
Suggested improvements
I was kind that I would have a follow up meeting with the nutritionist which never happened but no one really informed me above it. They could have been helped and I should have been bold if it was unrealistic that I would get a session.

All staff have been so understanding and caring throughout my stay. They have been if I have needed one to one care or just someone to talk my problems through with nothing was ever too my much trouble. Everyone has been brilliant. Thank you.

From the moment you step inside all the staff is so caring and makes you feel so welcome and supported. It is like to receive a mental cuddle when you most need.

Care and feeling of safety was great and good relief for me. Staff always approachable and understanding (mostly, some were sometimes a bit rude/treated us like children).
Suggested improvements
General cleanliness was good but furniture/carpets etc. could do to be deep cleaned. Lots of rubbish down backs of cushions. Decor could do to be updated. Tech facilities could do to be updated (internet, TV's etc.)

[name removed] - nurse. Not friendly at all. Real shame as everyone else was really lovely.
