All the staff were caring and worked really hard. Food was amazing.
Suggested improvements
I think a little more guidance when you first arrive ie the time table. It was overwhelming so could have done with more help next day.

I felt the relationship with staff I myself had massively improved. Better understanding of each other.

Came in with medical problem. Solved plus better level of happened on leaving.

I felt very safe and looked after the nurses and staff were very attentive, caring and kind which I do not { } they spoked to honestly care and it more it day to open up and they which I do not usually to.

It felt like a community and not an institution the nurses, cleaners, gardners and catering staff, went above and beyond their dutyy to making sure my needs werer met and I was comfortable especially [name removed] and [name removed].
Suggested improvements
Some vases for flowers.
Some more colouring parents available in the panic room.
A box where we could put in thank you notes to any member of staff who has made us have a positive day.
